Data needs interpretation
A training log, sleep signal or activity trend can help a coach ask a better question. It does not explain the full context of a client's work, stress, family life or motivation.
Rytme's research treats connected data as support for the coach, not a replacement for the coach.
Consent should be visible
Clients should understand what they share and why it matters. Coaches should see only information relevant to the coaching relationship.
That principle shapes the proposed Rytme data model and the early client portal concept.
