Your information should be treated with care.

Rytme uses information submitted through the application to understand how trainers work, review whether their experience fits the first research group and contact them about next steps.

Rytme stores deliberately submitted form responses only. The workflow check stays temporary unless you explicitly choose to share an anonymous workflow snapshot.

Please do not share identifiable client data, health records or private client messages in the application. A short description of how you work is enough.

Submitted information is used for research, application review and direct follow-up. It is not combined with unrelated marketing consent. Rytme can delete or anonymise submissions on request, and will keep retention periods proportionate to the research purpose.

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have shared with Rytme by contacting privacy@rytme.eu.
